I had a question about sizing before I ordered, so I emailed backontrackusa.com and expected the usual mysterious customer service void. Weirdly enough, they got back to me quickly and didn’t make me feel ridiculous for asking a basic question.

Naturally, after all that, I still managed to order the wrong size because apparently I like creating side quests for myself. Totally my fault, but they helped me sort out the exchange without making it a whole ordeal.

It felt like I was talking to an actual person instead of getting those copy-paste replies that answer everything except your question. That kind of thing matters to me, so yeah, I’d order from them again.

The fabric is thick. But not stiff or uncomfortable. Stitching looks good too. Nothing coming loose yet, even after washing.
